Pad Up Foundation is committed to transparency and responsible management of all donations received through our website.

1. Donations

All donations made to Pad Up Foundation are intended to support our charitable programmes and initiatives. Donations are generally non-refundable once successfully processed.

2. Refunds

A refund may be considered where:

A donor was charged more than once for the same transaction.
An incorrect amount was charged due to a technical or processing error.
A transaction was unauthorized.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at adaeze@padupfoundation.org with your name, transaction date, amount, and transaction/reference number.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the relevant bank or payment provider.

4. Payment Processing

Payments made through our website may be processed by third-party payment providers. Pad Up Foundation does not store complete card or banking details.
