Adaeze Nuelin is a passionate advocate, author, and social entrepreneur dedicated to ending period poverty and empowering girls across underserved communities. Her journey began with a simple conviction: that no girl should ever have to miss school, sacrifice her dignity, or dim her potential because of a natural biological process.
Through Pad Up Foundation, Adaeze has turned that conviction into action, leading outreach programs, delivering menstrual health education, and distributing sanitary products to thousands of girls. Her work bridges the gap between health, education, and gender equality, creating lasting social impact one community at a time.
Adaeze believes that menstrual health is not just a health issue, it is a matter of human rights, dignity, and equal opportunity. Her mission is to break the silence surrounding menstruation, challenge cultural stigma, and build a future where every girl can pursue her dreams without interruption.

Growing up, Adaeze witnessed firsthand how period poverty silently derailed the education and confidence of girls in her community. The shame, the stigma, the absence from school, she knew it didn't have to be this way.
Rather than wait for change, she became the change. What started as personal outreach, providing sanitary products and having honest conversations about menstrual health, grew into a movement that now reaches thousands of girls across multiple states in Nigeria.
Today, Adaeze leads a dedicated team of volunteers and partners who share her belief that every girl deserves to stay in school, to feel confident in her body, and to have access to the basic hygiene products that make that possible.
Her leadership style combines grassroots compassion with strategic vision, ensuring that Pad Up Foundation doesn't just distribute pads, but transforms communities through education, advocacy, and sustainable support systems.
